Most of the social aspect of this site is done on Discord! Or threads on other sites currently, the TOS will update as needed for those spaces.
Kaleidoscope Pets allows cross-site trading and will work within reason with other sites to resolve issues. However, trading is still "with caution" as we can not control if another site will work with us, to resolve issues.
Treat everyone with respect. Absolutely no harassment, witch-hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech will be tolerated.
No spam or self-promotion (server invites, advertisements, etc) without permission from a staff member. This includes PMing fellow members with those types of promotions.
If you see something against the rules or something that makes you feel unsafe, let staff know. We want this server to be a welcoming space! No mini mods! Staff only should be contacting members about rule breaks

Adopts are property of Kaleidoscope Pets (KaleidoscopePets.com) , you are being given virtual ownership much like most "pet sites" out there but original commercial rights remain the property of Kaleidoscope Pets.
You may use, display, and play with your pets as you please, as long as you are not claiming them as your own work (unless it is a MYO, or you are the artist).
You must buy, or be given a adopt to claim it as yours to use within the limits of Rule 1. You may not use someone else's adopt, or reproduce it. They are custom to the owner who has virtual ownership of it.
You may not upload your adopt to any site that takes possession of the upload or content as you do not have commercial rights to the images. Most sites require this to upload a custom pet, or pet image, so read the site's TOS carefully. Pets found to be uploaded to sites like that will be issued a DMCA takedown notice, which could cause issues for your accounts on those platforms. When in doubt, ask staff if a site is okay before you upload pets there.
Protect your Promo Codes to your adoptable like you would your password, because it is as important as one. Input it only into the proper link on-site (https://kaleidoscopepets.com/promo)
Staff cannot discuss other persons, users, or accounts that are existing, pending, or terminated, with persons not associated with those accounts.
